Life goes on,
promises broken,
kids born. But..
nothing left.
Hearts broken,
yet trying to mend.
With no hope or want,
to meet again.
Yet, fearing a meeting.
'Cos you can't stop life,
from going on.
And going on...
'Morrow, meeting the other,
with someone else,
will [might] hurt.
All the more if,
it is a happy lot.
But chances are taken,
'Cos, you cant stop life from going on,
Just 'cos you are now, divorced.
